To make true changes to your health it takes dedication + time. That is why I offer a 3 or 6 month commitment. This will include an initial 90minute intake appointment and biweekly 45 minute sessions there after.

Hello Friends!
My name is Bria Zimmerman, RN, BSN, NC-BC. I am a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience within a hospital setting. I have always yearned for a more holistic and integrative approach that offers a deeper way to connect with people. I pursued my passion and obtained a certification in Holistic and Integrative Nurse Coaching and took a course in Functional Medicine for Nurses. Which has led me to here, starting my own business, Fabricating Wellness. As a board-certified nurse coach, I believe that true healing goes beyond symptom management. Together, we can uncover what's meaningful to you and co-create a path toward well-being where you are thriving not just surviving.
A little about me:
I am a wife of 12 years and a homeschooling mom to our 3 amazing kiddos. I find restoration and joy in the simple things - the outdoors: sun, fresh air, campfires and horses!
